Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R 30th anniversary

The model will shortly be available in Australia, as Kawasaki celebrates the Ninja name which first appeared with the GPz900 in 1984

The 2015 30th anniversary Ninja ZX-10R ABS will be available in mid-August 2014, priced at $20,699.

And Kawasaki has also announced that it’s including a free Akrapovic slip-on muffler valued at $1099 to the first 60 dealer orders of the Ninja ZX-10R. To take advantage of this special offer, contact your nearest Kawasaki dealership for more information.

The 30th anniversary Ninja ZX-10R features all of the championship-winning goodness of the existing Ninja ZX-10R, but also includes special graphics, lime green rim tape, and candy lime green fork caps, front preload adjusters and rear spring.

A non-ABS 30th Anniversary Ninja ZX-10R variant will also be available – but without the free Akrapovic muffler offer.

Last week, we also announced details of the 30th anniversary ZX-6R, which is now on sale for $16,649.

The Ninja name began with the magnificent GPz900 in 1984, whose compact and ball-tearing liquid-cooled engine produced 116hp.
