Kawabusa anyone?

"No bling, no bullshit –- just a true hotrod," is the perfectly reasonable claim made by English ex-pat (now living in the USA) Norm Wilding, who created these monsters.

Dubbed Kawabusa, the mk1 version in green and mkII in dark blue share the same basic platform -- which is a Kawasaki ZRX1200 series chassis mated to a mildly-modded Hayabusa powerplant, turning out a claimed 180 horses or more at the back wheel.

The second-generation machine runs somewhat different intake plumbing, angling the fuel injection down and thus avoiding having to put cutaways into the petrol tank. It also runs a 2005 GSX-R tail section, Bandit headlight and GSX1400 instruments.
