
Motorcycle coaching specialists Riders Academy will stage a women-only ride event at Sydney Motorsport Park on Thursday, May 12.

The ‘Just Women Riding’ event will be held on SMP’s South Circuit and is suitable for female riders of all skill levels, from novice through to fully experienced.

Riders Academy, which is supported by Yamaha Motor Australia, says the event “is designed to introduce and improve both street and track skills”, with first-timers able to tackle the street skills program in their road riding gear, and more experienced riders and racers able to undertake the track skills program in full leathers.

Spots are limited and cost $295 per person, and cover the following:
>> 5 x 20-minute track sessions on SMP’s South Circuit
>>5 x classroom sessions with analysis of video taken on track
>> Panel of guest speakers
>> Giveaways including helmets and riding gear
>> Lunch vouchers for all ticket holders
>> Accomplished female riding coaches
>> Opportunities to develop and learn new skills

Tickets are available across five main categories for the day: streetSKILLS 1, streetSKILLS 2, Intro to Track, Intermediate, and Fast.
