Jacko's motorcycling link

All thanks to Suzuki

Michael Jackson is currently dominating pop music sales charts all around the world -- last week he had a staggering 31 of the top 100 selling singles in Australia and 15 of the top 100 albums – proving that he’s still the king of pop, even in death.

The Bikesales Network hasn’t forked out on one of his albums yet, but we have found a more poignant way to farewell the great man – a scooter advertisement he recorded for Suzuki in 1982 selling, of course, the message of love. Which is probably a good thing too, because the scooter looked pretty ordinary.

While Jacko wasn’t of those celebrities to hang out in the pits at a motorcycle grand prix wanting to know all he could about carbon brakes, at least he does have some affinity with the two-wheel fraternity. RIP Jacko.
