A Ducati-decaled version headlines the arrival of the CUx electric scooter range in Australia. Chinese maker Super Soco uses a hub-mounted Bosch electric motor in the CUx to generate around 3kW and 115Nm.
A 10.5kg lithium-ion battery pack with about 1.8kWh provides the power, giving a claimed range of up to 75km around town.
Recharge time is around seven hours using a standard 10-amp wall socket.
Prices for a regular CUx start at $4990 rideaway, with the Ducati version $5490.
The CUx joins the TC and TS electric motorbikes already on sale in Australia.
Bikesales has already reviewed the TS and found it well-priced and well-suited to inner-city riding.
The tie-in between Super Soco and Ducati sees the Italian bike maker using the electric bikes as its paddock transport during the 2019 MotoGP season.
Super Soco bikes are backed by a two-year, unlimited kilometre warranty. Outside of the limited-edition Ducati version, the bikes are sold with red, white and grey paintwork.
