Isle of Man mourning racer death
The Tourist Trophy event claims life of talented British racer Daley MathesonEnglishman Daley Mathison has passed away at the 2019 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy.
The 27-year-old BMW racer lost control of his machine at Snugborough on the third lap of the four-lap superbike race of the 37.7-mile (60.3km) course.
Daley’s wife Natalie used his Twitter account to announce the news:

Daley, who debuted at the TT in 2013, was riding for the Penz13.com team and started 19th in the Superbike race.
He finished 11th place finish in last year’s Superstock race and a pair of 13th place finishes in the 2017 and 2018 Senior TT Races.
He set his fastest lap of the Mountain Course -- 128.054mph -- in the 2018 Superstock race which made him the 34th fastest rider of all time. He set the second fastest TT Zero lap ever with lap of 119.294mph in the 2018 race.
In total he started 19 TT Races with 14 finishes and three podiums and won six silver and eight bronze replicas
Peter Hickman (BMW) won the shortened Superbike TT from Dean Harrison (Kawasaki) and Conor Cummins (Honda).
