Husaberg adds three new models

Enduro, cross-country and supermoto machines

Swedish manufacturer Husaberg has announced three new models for 2010, including a return to the supermoto ranks.

The street-legal FS570 is "a supermoto for everyday use on the streets", and revives Husaberg's tradition in the segment.

Like all the 'bergs, the FS570 makes use of the SOHC single-cylinder engine with its unique 70-dgree cylinder angle.

The other new bikes for next year are the FE390 enduro and FX450 cross-country.

Husaberg claims the FE390 matches 250cc four-strokes in the handling stakes, but with its more potent bottom end and torque is one step ahead in terms of rideability.

The machine is targeted at not only regular trailriders, but those more serious about their enduro riding.

Finally, the FX450 won't be road registrable, and is targeted at the more serious off-road racer. It has USD forks and a six-speed gearbox.

The 2010 Husaberg range, which also includes the FE450 and FE570, is due to go on sale in September, with pricing to be confirmed.
