Honda's free Africa Twin DCT upgrade

If you're shopping for the ABS version of the adventure bike, Honda has a sweetener up its sleeve

For a limited time only, Honda is offering potential Africa Twin ABS customers a free upgrade to the auto dual clutch transmission (DCT) version of the adventure bike.

DCT features the standard manual mode, allowing the rider to shift gears through a handlebar trigger, as well as two automatic modes: D and S, the latter offering three different shift patterns to choose from.

The DCT model also has a ‘G’ switch on the right side of the instrument panel which is claimed to improve traction by reducing clutch slip.

There are also three levels of traction control, while the rider is also able to turn off the ABS system for the rear wheel.
