Honda's national dealer of the year
Was selected from the pool of seven state and territory finalistsBrisbane Motorcycles Caboolture has been announced as Honda's National Dealer of the Year for 2014-2015.
The Queensland dealership achieved the highest score through a strong Customer Service Index (CSI) rating, and strong market share. Servicing the northern suburbs of Brisbane, Brisbane Motorcycles Caboolture offers sells both road and off-road motorcycles, along with ATVs and agricultural products.
The Honda Motorcycles Dealer of the Year Awards reward excellence in dealership management and customer service. Over a 12-month period, a rigorous performance review is undertaken on all Honda motorcycle dealerships in order to calculate the winners.
The state finalists were as follows:
- Brisbane Motorcycles Caboolture: Queensland
- Cyclone Motorcycles: Northern Territory
- Hawkesbury Honda Motorcycles: New South Wales/ACT
- Horizon Motorcycles: Tasmania
- Moto Adelaide: South Australia
- Motorcycle Land Ballarat: Victoria
- West Coast Honda Motorcycles: Western Australia
