In what may or may not be one of the most confusing colour names yet, Honda has announced a matte-black version of its radically styled VT1300CX Fury, called Matte Ballistic Black Metallic.
Names aside, it gives the Japanese firm’s custom-styled chopper – which boasts a whopping 1805mm wheelbase and 200-section rear tyre – a tough appearance between the new paint, the blacked-out cylinders and the all-black wheels.
It’s powered by a 1312cc liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 52-degree V-twin and gets its power to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox. It rocks a 21-inch front tyre, has a low seat height of 685mm and tips the scales at 309kg ready to ride.
The new matte black VT1300CX is available now with a retail price of $15,999 (plus ORC).
