Honda Forza on way

Honda promises its 250 Forza scooter should be released in early December, filling a gap in its current line-up.

Priced at $8990 plus ORC, it offers a lot of technology for the dollar, including a smart card key system that acts as an anti-theft device.

The machine runs a fuel-injected single cylinder engine mated to the company's new S-Matic transmission. This offers the ability to ride it as a full auto or as a semi-auto with manually-controlled shifts.

The 175 kilo machine has 22 horses, a 12-litre fuel tank, large 62 litre under-seat storage area and a claimed 710mm seat height.
