Honda drops two-strokes
From the red bunker: Due to the high emissions and low fuel efficiency associated with 2-stroke technology, and in support of their long term policies, Honda will therefore no longer produce the CR 250 (pictured), 125 and 85 motocross bikes for the AustraAccording to Honda Australia's General Manager, Motorcycles, Tony Hinton the movement toward 4-stroke engines exclusively makes sense.
"The most efficient engines available are four-stroke, and Honda is now setting the benchmark in working toward a better future for our planet," he said.
