
Honda Australia has drastically reduced the pricing of a number of its key models, including its flagship sportsbike and sportstourer.
The 2013 CBR1000RR Fireblade is now priced at $16,590, representing a reduction of $2130, while the Repsol-liveried version is $16,890.

Meanwhile, price on the standard and Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) versions of its the VFR1200F sportstourer have dropped from $18,120 and $18,570 to $15,390 and $15,890 – a reduction of $2730 and $2680 respectively. The standard VFR1200F was introduced in early 2010 at $24,990.
Also copping a massive price revision is the VFR1200X Crosstourer (pictured), down from $20,120 and $21,120 for the DCT version to $14,790 and $16,690 – a huge reduction of $5330 and $4430 respectively – and the VFR800X Crossrunner, which has dropped from $15,090to $10,190. That’s a saving of $4900.
