Honda’s planning to throw its lot into the user-friendly trail bike market with the CRF250L, set to make its public debut at the 42nd Tokyo Motor Show from December 3-11.
In the same vein as Suzuki’s DR-Z250, Yamaha’s TT-R250 and Kawasaki’s KLX250S, the CRF250L will be all about user-friendliness, ideal for commuting and light off-road work.
The CRF250L has a liquid-cooled, four-stroke DOHC engine, and equipment such as a bright headlight, twin trip meter, fuel gauge and a clock, along with a range of optional parts and accessories to cater for all requirements.
Honda will have more information in 2012 on a production and release schedule for the CRF250L.
