To celebrate the recent arrival of Honda's CBR250R entry-level machine, Honda Australia has announced a special finance deal that could see riders get behind the bars of a new CBR250R from under $25 a week.
The standard CBR250R retails for $5490, while the combined ABS-equipped version -- a first for the 250cc sports bike market -- retails for $5990.
The single-cylinder machine is built in Honda's Thailand manufacturing facility, with a projected production run of 60,000 bikes this year to be sold throughout 22 countries.
The new model has sparked an all-out price war in the Australian entry-level market, with Kawasaki recently shaving $1500 from the price of its best-selling Ninja 250R (now $5999), and Daelim dropping the price of its VJF250 by $500 (now $4500). Hyosung's GT250R is priced at $5990.
Under the terms set out by Honda MPE Financial Services, approved customers can now grab a CBR250R and enjoy minimum repayments from as little as $24.78 per week.
