Harley-Davidson Australia recently launched Harley Demo Days, which will give anyone pondering the purchase of a 2013 Harley model the chance to get along to an authorised Harley dealer and take one for a test ride. This is the fifth year of the popular Harley factory test-ride programme, which was previously known as 'Metal Mayhem'.
Harley Demo Days will see a fleet of 15 2013-model Harley models delivered to Australian and New Zealand Harley dealerships on set weekends, the opportunity to test-ride the models open to anyone who has held a full motorcycle licence for over two years and who turns up with an AS-approved helmet and suitable riding gear.
Some lucky riders will also get more than they bargained for when they take part in Harley Demo Days -- like a prestige Harley model to take home for one month, plus Harley leather riding gear and a $1000 fuel voucher. To be in with a chance, simply enter the competition in person at any Harley Demo Days event and answer this question: "What would you be prepared to give up for a Harley-Davidson?"
According to Harley-Davidson Australia's Marketing Director, Adam Wright, dealers are expecting an enthusiastic response. "We’re extremely excited
to be rolling out Harley Demo Days in line with our new models," he said. "With such an exciting range on offer for 2013, we anticipate a strong response from riders of all ages wanting to try before they buy to make sure they’re purchasing the model they most desire,” he added.
Harley Demo Days will continue through to January next year. For more information visit www.harley-davidson.com.au or see your nearest Harley-Davidson dealer.
