The new and limited-edition 2020 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 30th Anniversary and exclusive 2020 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide will reach Australian showrooms in April, the models priced from $35,995 and $55,995 ride away respectively.
The 2020 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 30th Anniversary celebrates three decades of this iconic Motor Co model in limited-edition iteration featuring a blacked-out Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin, dark finishes with bronze highlights, and a serialized number plate on the fuel tank console.
Production of the 2020 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 30th Anniversary will be limited to 2500 examples worldwide.
"The Fat Boy took the look, proportions and silhouette of a 1949 Hydra-Glide motorcycle and completely modernised it for a new generation of riders," said Brad Richards, Harley-Davidson Vice President of Styling and Design.
"Those riders appreciated our post-war design DNA but also found themselves drawn to the clean simplicity of contemporary industrial design. Each of these elements was captured in the new 2018 version of the Fat Boy model. For this 30th Anniversary Limited Edition model we wanted to create something very special, so we leaned into the popularity of darker finishes and a limited run/serialised strategy to make the bike truly unique and exclusive."
The Fat Boy 30th Anniversary will be available in Vivid Black with Lakester cast-alloy wheels in Satin Black with machined highlights. The exhaust is finished in Black Onyx, while the headlight nacelle, handlebar and controls are finished in Vivid Black, with the looked capped off by a new bronze 'waterslide' Fat Boy tank logo.
