Harley-Davidson tops consumer poll
Hog owners are the most satisfied customers in the Australian marketplaceHarley-Davidson has achieved a perfect five-star rating for overall satisfaction to secure consumer research company Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award for Motorcycles.
882 Australian motorcycle riders were surveyed in order to measure and track customer satisfaction based on criteria such as value for money, handling, comfort, fuel economy and more.
Harley-Davidson emerged from the field in which BMW, Ducati, Triumph and Honda all achieved four stars overall. Behind them came Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha each with three stars for overall satisfaction.
Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings business with the core purpose of helping consumers with purchase decisions. Included in the customer satisfaction survey were motorcycle tyres, helmets, gloves and jackets.
