We've only just seen the appealing new Harley-Davidson Blackline, a stripped back Softtail that is swelling the range nicely, and now there's an almost-unattainable new custom on the block, which we'll call the Harley Hornet.
Built for Seth Rogan and Cameron Diaz' new hardcore action comedy flick, The Green Hornet, the motorcycle started life as Harley-Davidson V-Rod and was given a fair bit of treatment in order make it adequately 'Hollywood'.
We haven't seen the movie yet, so we're not sure if it's got rocket launcher or deployable caltrops, but we do know that it's got a very strange LED headlight. The rear fender has been chopped and the foot pegs have been moved towards the rear of the bike and the exhaust is also new - and extremely short. And likely to be ridiculously loud. So loud that it's possible post-production wasn't needed to dub over the engine sounds.
Other changes to the Harley Hornet include V-Rod Destroyer wheels, custom brake light, tank cladding and possible laser cannons. The bike is ridden by Kato (played by Jay Chou), the sidekick to the Green Hornet.
