Ranging from windshields to seating, lighting and luggage solutions, the new products are a direct result of the four-year, customer-driven Project Rushmore product-development program.
Windshields
Designed to reduce buffeting and control airflow featuring:
- Numerous styles and shapes, including the Wind Splitter range
- Variety of height options
- Fully detachable options
- Tinting and contour variations
- Trim accessories
- Additional mid-frame and fairing-mounted air deflectors
Seating
Seats are available in various solo and two-up designs, with numerous unique characteristics.
The Harley-Davidson seating range features:

- Air Adjustable technology, as featured in new Road Zeppelin air adjustable seat
- Integrated rider backrest on some styles and passenger arm rests

The Harley-Davidson Custom Seat Program also offers the ability for customers to design their own custom seat by choosing from a range of styles, inlay designs and stitch colours.
Luggage
In addition to stretched saddlebags, most accessories are available as either fixed or detachable versions. The range features:
- Four-point docking hardware that allows a variety of detachable luggage racks, as well as for a range of detachable sissy bars, backrests and backrest pads
- Tour-Pak luggage range with varying configurations and styles to suit individual needs
- Saddlebag linings and special carry solutions which includes a saddlebag cooler
- Racks, bags, pouches, protective railing and other accessories
Daymaker LED lighting
The Daymaker LED lighting range is designed for long life and provides a wide, curb-to-curb light pattern which fully illuminates the road. For a more traditional appearance that doesn’t compromise on vision, Daymaker LED with reflector optics is also available. The range features:
- Solid-state LED technology with ‘Daylight Colour Impression’
- Optical projector lenses
- Shock and vibration resistant assembly mounting
- Chrome or black housings
In addition to Daymaker headlights, a range of accessory lighting, including footboard inserts, light pod kits, fairing edge lights and headlamp light rings in the Electra Glo decorative lighting range are also available.
Boom! Audio
The Harley-Davidson Boom! Audio, high-spec custom sound and integrated communication system combines a number of key features with an easy-to-use interface. The range features:

Transparent paint guard
New for 2014, Harley-Davidson transparent paint guard provides Touring riders with a specially developed transparent skin, designed to protect paint from road debris without limiting appearance. Additionally, it disguises minor scuffs and scratches. Application is quick and simple and the material can be removed and replaced when necessary. The range features:
- Easy and quick application
- Fully removable and replaceable
- Applications for Touring models from 1993 – present, including Project RUSHMORE models
