Harley-Davidson kicks off 120th anniversary with Aussie Demo Tour

Harley-Davidson Australia is hitting the road with some of its most popular models to celebrate the famous brand’s 120th anniversary.

The Harley-Davidson Demo Tour kicked off at Sun City Harley-Davidson on April 15 and will travel the width of the country over the next eight months.

With a fully decked-out Demo Tour truck, the brand’s local arm will visit 27 H-D dealerships and give customers the opportunity to test-ride the latest models, and join in the anniversary festivities.

Featured models will include the new Nightster Special, the updated Breakout, and the popular Fat Boy.

The iconic Milwaukee-based motorcycle manufacturer has not only had an undisputed influence on the motorcycle industry, but it has also left a lasting impression on popular culture.

To celebrate the historic 120th anniversary, Harley-Davidson will host a global celebration in the form of the Homecoming music festival in Milwaukee which will feature the Foo Fighters and Green Day.

On Australian soil, H-D will use the Demo Tour and the annual H.O.G Rally as its key points of celebration. The 2023 H.O.G Rally will be held September 22-24 at The Bend in South Australia, and will double as the brand’s main anniversary party.
