Guzzi 1200s take shape

Moto Guzzi is in the throes of releasing a 1200 tourer, called the Norge, in Europe and is also in the late stages of developing a sports version called the 1200S.

Little is known about the S at this stage, though we can tell you the Norge comes in three levels of trim, with the upmarket version including ABS, heated grips and GPS navigation. It weighs a claimed 247kg dry and has a 24 litre fuel tank. Guzzi says it has 5% more power and 10% more torque than the 1100 Breva.

The company also has a 1200 adventure tourer, called the Stelvio, on the way.
