Harley-Davidson has revealed that an Adelaide dealership is the winner of a global accolade as part of the brand’s inaugural International 2025 Dealer of the Year awards.
The title of 2025 CXI (Customer Experience Interaction) Champion was granted to Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works.
It comes as part of a series of awards surrounding H-D’s all-new International Dealer of the Year event, which spans hundreds of dealerships across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
At the time of writing, the remaining 2025 Harley-Davidson International Dealer of the Year award winners were yet to be announced publicly.

The CXI Champion title is awarded to the dealership that best demonstrates ability in new product sales, as well as fostering client rapport through servicing, dealer experience and more.
H-D highlighted that a key metric for the CXI Champion award is “customer recommendation scores”, which encompass dealer ratings, testimonials, and general customer experience. Overall customer loyalty and satisfaction are also weighty deciders.
Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works owner Blair Freeth took the award in his stride.
“It’s a real honour to be recognised on the international stage for the passion and care our team brings to every customer interaction,” he said.
“This award is a testament to the loyalty of our riders and the dedication of our entire dealership team.”
Adelaide Harley-Davidson Bike Works has been operating for more than a decade and is located in Edwardstown, South Australia.
