GasGas has teamed up with electric balance bike builder Stacyc to launch new bikes that are headed to Australian dealerships in May 2021.
The GasGas 12eDrive and 16eDrive each feature three rider modes and adjustable seat heights to ensure children up to the age of eight gain maximum enjoyment and safety.

Young riders will be able to customise their bike with a number of GasGas Factory Racing team decals, including the #51 of Justin Barcia, and the #111 of Taddy Blazusiak.
Sitting at the top is the 16eDrive, which features a high-output brushless motor with a top-speed of 20km/h. The bike also features 16-inch wheels, a 17-inch adjustable seat height, and a strong aluminium frame.
The 12eDrive has a more rider-friendly motor and smaller 12-inch wheels. It also has a lower 12-inch adjustable seat height – perfect for the youngest beginners.
Both machines have a 60-minute run time, and GasGas says the recharging times are ‘super-fast’. The bikes allow little tackers to hone their throttle, brake, balance and cornering skills in a safe and fun manner.
GasGas also has an electric dirt bike – the MC-E 5 – which is the next natural step for youngsters on their off-road journey.
The bikes will be available in Australian dealerships from May, with pricing still to be advised. Head to www.gasgas.com for more information.
