Fresh CFMOTO neo-retro naked now available in Australia

The new LAMS-approved CFMOTO 300CL-X is inspired by the brand’s 700CL-X range

CFMOTO has added a new 300cc neo-retro model to its line-up, with the learner-approved 300CL-X now available in Australia.

While it takes design inspiration from the 700CL-X Heritage, the new CFMOTO 300CL-X is powered a 292cc single-cylinder engine – the same powerplant found in the 300NK.

Power and torque are the same as the 300NK, with 20.5kW (27.9hp) at 8750rpm and 25Nm at 7000rpm, while the 300CL-X also benefits from upgraded engine mounts to reduce vibration.

The new bike also features a low 795mm seat height, a light-action slipper clutch, a striking LED headlight, a pillion seat, and a 14.5L fuel tank.

Colours available include Nebula White and Nebula Black, with the CFMOTO 300CL-X checking in at just $5990 ride away. A range of optional accessories and parts is also available.

CFMOTO first announced the 300CL-X in May 2022 as part of a flurry of new models including the incoming 450SR, the 800MT Explore, and a potential 800cc naked bike.
