Some of the world's best freestyle motocross (FMX) riders will ply their trade at the 2016 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix at Albert Park from March 17-20.
Riders will include Aussie Cam Sinclair, American four-time World X-Games champion Mike Mason, reigning
Australian X-Games champion Jackson Strong, and New Zealand’s Levi Sherwood.
"The Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix has been a massive event in Melbourne for over 20 years and we’re excited that FMX and Speed and Style have been added to the off-track entertainment,” Sinclair said. "It’s a real adrenaline rush for us, so we’re stoked that we can bring the action to the event and we hope the fans will really enjoy it." Sinclair was the first Australian to land a double back flip on a motorcycle, and famously won gold at the X Games in 2010, just months after fighting for his life after a crash.
