The Crusty Demons of Dirt regional tour of Australia has had a number of shows cancelled, with the Beyond The Apocalypse Tour's low tickets sales forcing a handful of venues to be cancelled.
Four of the 10 shows around regional Australia have been axed:
- Albury, March 20
- Bendigo March 27
- Orange, April 3
- Coffs Harbour April 10
Paul Dainty, the chairman and CEO of Dainty Consolidated Entertainment (DCE), partners of Crusty Demons World Touring, stated: "The restructure of the first part of the Beyond The Apocalypse Tour and other circumstances beyond our control unfortunately means it is not possible to do all the shows originally planned.
"Despite our best efforts to keep the … [regional] show[s] as part of the tour, we were left with too little lead time to effectively market the event to the people of the region," Dainty added. "We fully intend to get back there with a huge Crusty Demons show in the very near future."
The following Beyond The Apocalypse Tour events are still scheduled to go ahead:
- April 17 Gosford
- April 24 Darwin
- May 1 Alice Springs
- May 8 Mackay
- May 15 Bundaberg
- May 22 Cairns
The DCE company has stated that ticket holders for the Albury, Bendigo, Orange and Coffs Harbour shows can get a refund from the place of purchase. Check out Crusty.com for further updates.
