Melbourne-based Stealth Electric Bikes has teamed up with an Italian design firm run by the former boss of MV Agusta, Giovanni Castiglioni.
Castiglioni’s company C-Creative has joined Stealth as a shareholder to produce an ambitious plan for ‘commercial and industrial growth’. The four-year strategic plan will result in new electric models across the urban mobility, outdoor, civilian, and military spaces.

Six reasons why we should embrace electric motorcycles
Founded by John Karambalis in 2008, Stealth Electric Bikes has become a leader in the e-mobility sector, and has to date focused on off-road models for civil and military use. The brand’s key products have been a fusion of dirt bikes and mountain bikes, with the top-of-the-range B-52 offering a top speed of 80km/h, a range of 100km, and a weight of 51kg.
Based in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Stealth quickly grew from a small tech start-up in to a worldwide phenomenon, distributing products to Europe, USA, and South America. In 2019, Stealth provided a number of electric three-wheel machines for Australia Post to trial.
With the help of C-Creative, Stealth will release a new range of high-performance off-road models, as well as a number of road-legal models. This includes two 250w city bikes and 250w dual purpose bikes, as well as innovative mobility solutions and an increased investment in the military sector.
Former MV Agusta designer Adrian Morton, who works with C-Creative, will assist Stealth with the development of the new products.
C-Creative is an Italian design and product engineering firm that was founded by Castiglioni after his tenure as CEO of MV Agusta came to an end in 2018. The company recently collaborated with Swiss luxury watchmaker RO-NI to develop a new ‘hyperwatch’.
