Floating Bimms provide new year bonus
Some 'enterprising' folk living near the coast of Devon (in the UK) were quick to take advantage of an unexpected new-year bonus - a shipload of BMW motorcycles washing up on shoreThe 62,000 tonne merchant ship MSC Napoli ran aground in late January and container loads of BMW motorcycles were among the loot that fell off the vessel.
Authorities have since put a fence around the shoreline to ward off scavengers and say the mess could take months to clean up.
