First trophy for BMW 450
New single scores a cross country winFrom the Bimm bunker: After a long season of development with its 450cc Sports Enduro prototype, the BMW Motorrad Motorsport team finally tasted victory right at the end of the season.
Factory rider Simo Kirssi saved his best until last and posted a fine victory on the 450cc Sports Enduro at the weekend's European Cross Country final in Schefflenz, Germany.
One of the Team's machines has been shipped to Australia and was on show in Melbourne recently.
It will appear next at the Sydney Motor Show and then the Sydney Motorcycle Show on November 2-4.
