Ducati has revealed local pricing and specifications for its ultra-exclusive Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore, which is set to arrive in Australia in August 2025 priced at an eye-watering $84,700 ride away.
Featuring a stunning new asymmetric livery by Aldo Druidi and Centro Stile Ducati, just 1000 numbered examples of this collector’s bike will be produced.
The bike offers a fresh take on the livery of the iconic 1984 750 F1, the model that kicked off the Italian brand’s modern supersport history from its Borgo Panigale base. The green, white and red ‘tricolore’ scheme has been reserved for the most exclusive renditions of Ducati Superbikes since the first 851 Desmoquattro of 1988.
The model has been unveiled at a high point in Ducati’s racing history, with the brand laying claim to the MotoGP riders’ and manufacturers’ crowns for the third consecutive year, along with the manufacturers’ title in World Superbike, along with a host of other sporting triumphs.
Based on the new Panigale V4 unveiled last July at the brand’s World Ducati Week in Italy, the Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore made its first appearance at Miami Beach, USA, where it featured as part of the overseas edition of Europe’s prestigious Art Basel art fair.
Among its list of standout components and specs are five-spoke carbonfibre rims and Ducati’s Front Brake Pro front brake setup. The latter boasts race-derived twin-finned Brembo T-Drive ventilated discs gripped by Hypure calipers along with an MCS 19.21 master cylinder with remote brake lever adjustment, as found on Ducati’s MotoGP and WSBK bikes.
Weighing in at just 188kg (curb weight, without fuel) and boasting 216hp (158.9kW) at 13,500rpm and 120.9Nm at 11,250rpm from the 1103cc Desmosedici Stradale V4, the bike also receives a dry clutch, adjustable solid aluminium footpegs, and a GPS module. Öhlins gear underpins the Ducati Electronic Suspension 3.0 package as well as the steering damper.
For track use, and also supplied as standard, is a solid aluminium racing tank cap, brake caliper conveyors, an open carbonfibre clutch cover, and a kit for removing the rear number plate carrier. And the next-level feel continues with a special Alcantara seat, racing plexiglass, and a dedicated dashboard animation at start up.
Each bike comes with a certificate of authenticity, a cover, and an ignition key bearing the bike’s model number. A limited-edition helmet and jacket that draw on the bike’s colour scheme are available at extra cost.
