Indian Motorcycle has announced details of its latest ultra-exclusive bagger-with-the-lot, the new 2024 Indian Roadmaster Elite.
Resplendent in its tri-tone paint scheme (Indian Motorcycle Red, Dark Indian Motorcycle Red, and Black Candy) and exclusive Elite graphics, just 350 examples of the bike will be produced for all global markets – but fewer than 10 examples will make it Down Under.
The paint job was the result of an Indian Motorcycle collaboration with Gunslinger Custom Paint in Colorado and Custom Painted Vehicles in Wisconsin, while the model comes loaded with high-end features to give both rider and passenger every comfort and convenience, as well as endless style, over long days on the open road.
Model highlights include the new and improved PowerBand Audio with Bass Boost sound system, Pathfinder adaptive LED headlight, a gloss black dash, polished rider and passenger highway boards, colour-matched stitched seating with heating and cooling, a tinted windscreen, black passenger armrests, and backlit handlebar switchblocks.
The bike rolls on eye-catching 10-spoke Precision machined alloy wheels while at its beating heart is Indian’s Thunderstroke 116 V-twin, with 1890cc and 171Nm of stump-pulling torque to make light work of the bike’s hefty 403kg wet weight.
But despite the heritage lines, the Indian Roadmaster Elite comes bristling with modern technology and features, with a 7-inch full colour infotainment display with Bluetooth connectivity, electronic cruise control, electric windscreen adjustment, and more.
“Our Elite models take the incredibly high bar we set for all of our products, and raise it even higher, offering something more exclusive for the rider who wants to make sure their bike is a cut above anything else on the road,” said Aaron Jax, Vice President for Indian Motorcycle.
“What I love about the new Roadmaster Elite is how we’ve taken the historic Indian Motorcycle Red and given it a tougher, meaner attitude with blacked-out styling.”
The 2024 Indian Roadmaster Elite is priced at $59,995 ride away. The bike is on sale now, with the first customer deliveries expected in mid-2024.
