Exclusive 2022 KTM 450 Rally Replica revealed with big price tag

The latest KTM 450 Rally Factory Replica is very pricey...and we're not talking about Toby Price

The latest 2022 KTM 450 Rally Factory Replica has been unveiled, but punters will have to be quick to secure one with only 80 units being made available.

Big pockets are also a must, as the new competition-focused machine has a price tag to match. The 2022 model checks in at €25,900 – the same as the 2021 model. The Australian price for last year’s version was $55,995AUD.

Additionally, a service and support package for the upcoming 2022 Dakar Rally is available in limited numbers, but this comes at an additional cost to the bike.

While there appears to be few changes, if any, to the 2022 version, the limited-edition model does maintain its high level of specification which is line with the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing bikes.

Designed for rally competition, the 450 Rally Replica has been built with input from Red Bull KTM riders, Toby Price, Matthias Walkner, and Sam Sunderland.

The exclusive bike features a powerful, race-proven 450cc SOHC fuel-injection motor that is paired with a competition chassis with specific flex characteristics.

With a focus on rally raid racing, the bike also has a navigation tower, plus a second rear fuel tank to complement the main tank.

Other highlights include the championship-winning WP XACT Pro fork with Cone-Valve technology, a fully-adjustable WP XACT Pro shock, a PANKL Racing Systems gearbox, and a premium Akrapovic exhaust.

There is currently no confirmation if any units will be allocated to Australia, or what the exact local pricing will be, but it is likely the bike will be available on our shores via special order only. Worldwide availability is expected to begin from September 2021 onwards.
