Vespa unveiled updates to its small-capacity Primavera and Sprint scooters at this year’s EICMA Motorcycle Expo in Milan, making each model available in three internal-combustion variants (50cc, 125cc and 150cc) as well as an electric variant.
Both models benefit from a handful of updates that will be applied across the ranges, too, like updated LED headlights, new switchgear and grips, and new seat material, while the handlebar areas are now fully enclosed.
There are new wheels for each variant – the Sprint gains new polished six-spoke items compared to the Primavera’s five-spoke units, and a new instrument panel which combines analogue and digital functions.
The top-of-the-range Primavera variant, called the Tech, gains TFT instrumentation and a keyless ignition, while both the Vespa Primavera Elettrica and Vespa Sprint S Elettrica boast removable batteries for more convenient charging.
There are currently no details on which models will be heading Down Under, when they might arrive or for what retail price.
