Royal Enfield has rounded out its EICMA 2025 showcase with a trio of special models, including the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop, the Himalayan Mana Black Edition and the Classic 650 125th Year Anniversary Special Edition.
The new Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop is a limited-edition collaboration with custom builder Rough Crafts. Based on Royal Enfield’s Shotgun 650, it features a real gold-leaf stripe shadowed in grey across gloss jet black and matte stealth black paint. A hand-cast solid brass tank badge replicates the emblem from the Rough Crafts Caliber Royale custom build.
The seat is trimmed in quilted leather, while gold fork inner tubes, contrast-cut alloy rims and ’bar-end mirrors underline its custom focus. Production is capped at 100 individually numbered units across India, the Asia Pacific region including Australia, Europe and North America, each accompanied by a hand-signed art print from Rough Crafts.

Joining the adventure line-up, the Himalayan Mana Black Edition draws inspiration from the Mana Pass region, one of the world’s highest and most demanding routes. Finished in deep Stealth Black with matte detailing, the bike arrives accessorised with Black Rally hand guards, a Black Rally seat, a Rally mudguard and tubeless spoked wheels. The combination of added protection, comfort and durability the Mana Black is the most off-road-ready Himalayan to date.

To mark 125 years since building its first motorcycle, Royal Enfield has also unveiled the Classic 650 125th Year Anniversary Special Edition. The model carries a gold 125 Years crest over a red base and introduces a new hypershift paint finish that is said to transition between red and gold depending on the light. The effect, paired with the Classic’s signature teardrop tank and nacelle headlight, serves as a tribute to the brand’s long history of craftsmanship and design continuity.

At EICMA, Eicher Motors Executive Chairman Siddhartha Lal described the milestone as both a celebration of heritage and a statement of direction, highlighting the balance between timeless design, intuitive engineering and the forward-looking projects shown alongside these special editions.
