EICMA: 2025 Aprilia Tuono 457

With a dry weight of 157kg, there’s going to be fun lurking around every corner

The Aprilia Tuono badge is spreading its wings, with a Tuono 457 to join the current 660cc version to make it two learner-approved nakeds in Aprilia’s local line-up.

This Tuomo 457 is based on the technical platform of the recently released RS 457 which means a ride-by-wire throttle and multiple riding modes.

The liquid-cooled parallel twin delivers 47.6hp (35kW) at 9400rpm and, with a dry weight of 1259kg, the power-to-weight ratio is impressive.

The engine is a stressed member inside the aluminium frame, while the suspension is preload-adjustable.

The triple full-LED headlight cluster is pure Aprilia, while the small spoiler pays homage to the legendary Tuono 1000 R.

With a wide handlebar and low seat, the baby Tuono is engineered for a comfortable, dynamic and fun riding experience – across all riding frontiers.

Australian arrival for the Tuono 457 is yet to be announced.
