Beta has revived its quirky Alp model for 2024, with the new Alp 4.0 and Alp X combining dual-sport convenience with trials-like agility.
Both bikes are powered by 348cc fuel-injected four-stroke motors paired with six-speed gearboxes, and are complimented by 11-litre fuel tanks, 43mm front forks, and preload adjustable monoshocks.
The Alp 4.0 is the closest to the original Alp model and offers an agile and easy-to-ride experience for laid-back off-road enthusiasts. It rolls on 21- and 18-inch wheels, making it quite capable in a range of terrain.
Meanwhile, the Alp X is a scrambler-inspired machine that leans more towards the dual-purpose end of the spectrum. It features 19- and 17-inch wheels, adventure-style tyres, and a round headlight.
Pricing and availability are yet to be announced, but Beta Motorcycles Australia has indicated that the two models will be coming to Australia.
