Doohan: doin' his bit for men's health

Five-time world motorcycle champion Mick Doohan speaks his mind on meeting the physical and mental challenges of life in the fast lane

The Shed Online, an Australian web-based men's health initiative founded by The Men's Shed Association, Beyond Blue: The National Depression Initiative, and The Movember Foundation, caught up with motorcycle racing legend Mick Doohan at the recent Australian Formula 1 at Albert Park, Victoria, to hear his thoughts on racing at an elite level, and the many physical and mental challenges it entails. 

With the pressures of racing life now years behind him, Mick reflects on his racing career with complete candour, and describes some of the strategies he employed to get through the tough times. Check the clip out for yourself below...
