Korean motorcycle maker Hyosung has just found a new Australian ambassador in the form of ex-Hi-5 member Charli Delaney.
The avid motorcyclist recently attained her motorcycle license and was heard discussing her passion on radio. The discussion revealed the fact that the Delaney was borrowing a bike from her friend to get her riding "jollies".
Sensing an opportunity, Hyosung Australia contacted Delaney and offered her the choice of a new motorcycle, a white GT250. Fitted with a five-speed gearbox, the GT250 outputs 28hp (21kW) at 10,500rpm and 22Nm of torque at 8000rpm.
"Charli is a great role model and ambassador for Hyosung," said Hyosung's general manager Kevin Greaney. "She had a massive following with Hi-5 and likewise now on Fox FM.
"We are pleased to be able to be associated with Charli, and look forward to hearing all about her riding adventures on the GT250, an ideal mount for both new and experienced motorcyclists alike."
