The updated website is the latest area of investment for the brand, as it continues to grow and enhance customer experience.
“Part of our commitment to our customers is to ensure they have quick and reliable access to spare parts as they need,” said Michael Poynton, CFMoto Australia Director. “We understand that customers such as farmers can be located long distances from their local dealer. As much as we encourage customers to maintain relationships with their local dealer, we also understand that a trip to purchase an essential serviceable spare part is not always practical.”
The key objective for the new website is to improve the overall aftersales service, especially to regional farming communities. By ordering parts online, farmers can minimising travel time and distance when simply picking up a part.
At shop.cfmoto.com.au, customers can quickly search electronic catalogues across the CFMoto range to help identify the part they require. The website has a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) search function to help customers confirm the correct part for their CFMoto model.
The website leverages CFMOTO Australia’s vast parts inventory, with all orders being processed at their state of the art 5000 square metre distribution centre in Altona, Victoria.
