CFMoto has announced plans to release the all-new 300SR, the first full-fairing sportsbike from the Chinese manufacturers.
Pending the development of the current COVID-19 crisis, the CFMoto 300SR is due to arrive on Australian shores in May.
The CFMoto 300SR is powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled 292.4 DOHC engine. The company claims the bike will put out 28hp at 8750rpm and 25.3Nm at 7250rpm.
Bosch EFI will hopefully optimise performance and fuel efficiency, while CFMoto also claim an optimised engine manifold and combustion chamber to improve intake efficiency for better fuel-air mixture.
Stopping power will be handled by a four-piston caliper and 292mm disc on the front with a single-piston floating caliper and 220mm disc on the rear. Also standard is Continental ABS.
The colour TFT display is all-new and will auto-adjust to ambient light. It features two interfaces – Sport and Eco – and offers integrated functions including RPM, gear and speed. It will also feature phone connectivity.
Other things to note are the lightweight, integrated frame design, the 37mm USD front fork, single-shock rear suspension, lightweight hubs, CST high-performance radial tires and minimal unsprung weight, designed to provide quick acceleration and confident cornering.
There will also be a number of modification kits to meet your personal needs and styling preferences.
Pricing and exact arrival dates are yet to be announced. The bike will be available in Nebula Black and Turquoise Blue.
