American Justin Brayton (Honda) secured his second consecutive win in the 2018 Australian Supercross Championship at Coolum (Qld) on October 6.
Brayton, the defending champion, was too strong for Aussies Brett Metcalfe (Honda) and Luke Clout (KTM), who rounded out the podium in the SX1 final.

Fourth spot went to another American, Jace Owen (Kawasaki), ahead of Dan Reardon (Yamaha).
In the SX2 class, Jay Wilson (Yamaha) moved into the lead in the closing stages of the final to – like Brayton – keep his 2018 100 per cent winning record intact, ahead of Kawasaki’s Aaron Tanti and Wilson Todd (Yamaha).
The championship now heads to Geelong (Vic) for round three on October 13.
