One of road racing’s most passionate and knowledgeable supporters, the inimitable Mark Bracks, is branching out into the holiday trade, offering guided tours to selected MotoGP and World Superbike
“Bracksy’s Taxi MotoGP and WSBK Tours” has arrived, taking advantage of Bracksy’s intimate and extensive knowledge of the world’s road racing paddocks though his career as a commentator and journalist, including time as a pit lane and race commentator for Dorna’s English-speaking television coverage
All tours are limited to a maximum of only 10 people, but there is also the added option of the ultimate tour package for a maximum of four people. Imagine you and three of your best mates being catered for and looked after by Bracksy in his own unique way, showing you the track and sights by day and checking out the nightlife after hours. Actually, it all sounds a bit frightening, but we’ll push on...
There are various levels of tour packages that will offer access to the fully catered, VIP Village over the weekend, pit box tours, a chance to visit team hospitality and a couple of other surprises that will set Bracksy’s Taxi apart from the rest.
“I’ve wanted to do this since I finished my time in MotoGP, but now everything is falling into place to allow me to undertake this venture,” explained Bracksy. “I feel it’s a good time to turn the wish into a reality and give people an insight into what I love.”
The first tour is pencilled in for Jerez MotoGP (May 2-4) with Colin Edwards as dinner guest.
