Oz team for 2018 GS Trophy
The 2018 event is being held in Mongolia, with a three-rider team from Down UnderThe 11th running of the International GS Trophy will be held from June 3-10 in Mongolia, with teams from all around the globe set to battle it out in a plethora of special challenges.
Australia will again be a part of the line-up, with its three-man team selected after a qualifying event in Victoria in late 2017. The riders are Simon Turvey, Shane Guttridge and Michael Haley.
Also, Aussie Julia Maguire was selected as a member of the international women’s team after a qualifier in South Africa.
The International GS Trophy was first held in 2008, and countries to have been on hosting duties include Tunisia, South Africa, Patagonia, Canada and Thailand.
