BMW ‘GS Experience' test sessions
BMW Motorrad is hosting three ‘GS Experience' test-ride days to entice those pondering an adventure-bike purchaseIf you’re currently considering your new adventure-bike options, BMW Motorrad will shortly be holding a series of three test-ride days to showcase its full range of GS dual-purpose bikes.
Dubbed the ‘GS Experience’ – a nice complement for the marque’s ‘RR Experience’ test-ride days, for those thinking about buying an S 1000 RR superbike – each day will allow participants to sample everything from the G 650 GS and G 650 GS Sertão single-cylinder models through to the F 700 GS and F 800 GS parallel-twins and, of course, the boxer-engined R 1200 GS and R 1200 GS Adventure.
The sessions will be conducted over routes that highlight these bikes’ broad abilities, with a mix of both tar and dirt surfaces.
Participating costs $39, the fee also covering refreshments and a BMW Motorrad t-shirt.
As a further incentive, anyone who completes a GS Experience day and then goes on to buy a new GS model within two months will receive a BMW Motorrad Rider Wear voucher to the value of $500.
The General Manager of BMW Motorrad Australia, Tony Sesto, said attending a GS Experience would serve as the perfect introduction to the marque’s GS range. “This is a fantastic opportunity to ride class-leading GS models in a magnificent setting,” he said. “Places will fill quickly, so I urge everyone to book early to avoid disappointment.”
