Big names for GP Expo

Petrol and electric

The major players in the Australian motorcycle industry have thrown their collective weight behind October’s AMCN Grand Prix Expo at Phillip Island with Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, KTM, Moto Guzzi, Suzuki and Yamaha all confirming their participation, as has US electric bike manufacturer Zero.

BMW’s new S 1000 RR superbike will headline its display, with Aprilia hoping to have an RSV4 Factory on its stand.

With the GP Expo coming hot on the heels of major European unveilings, a number of high-profile models are expected to make their local debut at Phillip Island – although lips are currently tightly sealed among the Japanese distributors.

The GP Expo is Australia's largest motorcycle show, with in excess of 100,000 patrons expected to attend.

The GP Expo is close to being sold out. However, companies hoping to secure a late cancellation, be placed on the waiting list, or seeking further information should contact AMCN for an exhibitor kit, email amcn@acpmagazines.com.au, or tel (02) 8268 4699.
