From the motorcycle distributor behind EBR (Erik Buell Racing), Benelli, Bimota, Confederate and Viper comes a new range of personal watercraft in Australia and New Zealand –Belassi.
The Austrian-based company presents the stand-up B3S and B3R “sports muscle craft” range, powered by a three-cylinder four-stroke engine. Power ranges from 180hp for the stand-up PWC up to 315hp for the turbocharged B3Rs.
Other technical features of the range include a dynamic brake system, variable trim, electronic reverse, a compression-moulded high-performance composite hull, adjustable sponson, splash deflector and more.
Belassi says that it also has a focus on rider comfort and performance. Ergal handlebars with co-moulded comfort grips are used across the range, and the B3R models include five angle settings to accommodate different driver styles.
The multifunctional and backlit LCM dashboard displays Sport/Wake/Eco power modes, trim position and cruise control. A GPS system also comes standard providing speed and position information.
