Be bike aware in NSW

The good folk at the NSW Motorcycle Council are kicking off Motorcycle Awareness week on October 26, and promise a host of activites.

The group says: "Designed to challenge common stereotypes and to build better relationships, our goal with this event is to highlight the number of motorcyclists using the roads and the issues that affect them.

"We ask all riders to act as ambassadors for the motorcycling community and to ride with good judgement, skill and courtesy."

The calendar includes: 28 October Careflight Cruise; 28 October Information Day at Macquarie Pass; 29 October Breakfast Torque; 1 November Ride to Work Day Wednesday; 4 November Information Day Mt White; 5 November Ride to Molong.
