Bayliss will be a special guest at the 2012 Australian Motorcycle Expo in Melbourne, which will be held from November 23-25.
The fan favourite retired from competitive racing in 2008, but has maintained an involvement in testing for his former employer Ducati while running his own successful ride day program, the Troy Bayliss Experience.
"I am looking forward to the Melbourne Expo which showcases everything in the world of motorcycles," said Bayliss. "It's great meeting so many fans that have supported me over my racing years."
He will visit the show on the Saturday and Sunday to meet with fans and sign autographs.
The event is expected to attract over 20,000 visitors with the confirmation that all major motorcycle manufacturers will be participating and exhibitor displays well over 90 percent sold out.
