Battle a Barbarian
The aptly-named Barbarian Motorcycles in Queensland has come up with a 5.7 litre V-eight Chevy-powered motorcycle, which they're building to order for punters game enough to take one on.South African migrant Warren Katz is behind the project and recently said, "I thought Australia should have its own unique motorcycle - something that Mad Max would be happy to ride." In that ambition, we're confident he has been completely successful.
The machines claim around 330 horses for a 430 kilo dry weight and cost in the region of $60,000, depending on specification. They claim full ADR certification, which means they're legal nationwide.
